The terms that apply to our services and bookings.
These terms govern your use of the NP Coaches website and the services you book with New Punjab Coaches Ltd. By booking travel or using our site you accept these terms. They are governed by the law of England and Wales.
Bookings & payment
- Quotes for charter and private hire are confirmed in writing; prices are calculated for your specific journey.
- Daily Express tickets must be booked at least 1 hour before departure. Online tickets are discounted and non-refundable.
- Card payments are processed securely by Stripe.
Travel & luggage
- Please arrive at least 15 minutes before the scheduled departure time. Services depart on time and cannot wait for late passengers.
- Each Daily Express ticket includes one 20kg suitcase and one 7kg item of hand luggage; additional luggage may incur a surcharge.
- We carry passengers only between authorised stops and cannot offer door-to-door drop-offs on scheduled services.
Liability
We are not responsible for personal items left on board — see our Lost Property page. Nothing in these terms limits any liability that cannot be limited under law, including for death or personal injury caused by our negligence. Your statutory rights as a consumer are unaffected.
